Who We Are
Mineral Edge is a private gold focused exploration and project generation business based in Western Australia. Our expert team has a long history of discovering significant mineral deposits in a range of commodities and creating value through our mining activities. We specialise in gold but also have extensive expertise in base metals, lithium, cobalt, tin, tantalite, manganese, iron ore and diamonds.
What We Do
We acquire, develop and divest resource projects. We work with our extensive network of project owners, investors and resource companies (both public and private) to identify the best projects and maximize their value. These include highly prospective early stage exploration, advanced exploration and operating projects. We also assist parties who are seeking to acquire or divest resource projects.

Denis O'Meara OAM JP AAus IMM
PROSPECTOR
Denis is a renowned and respected Western Australian mining identity having been involved in the resources industry for over 50 years. The shared discoverer of the Indee Wingina Well Gold mine (340,000 ounces) and Sulphur Springs Copper/Zinc deposit (12.83 million tonnes @1.5%Cu, 4.1%Zn,17.6g/tAg), Denis also jointly vended the tenements that led to the discovery of the Sandfire Degrussa Copper/Gold mine (10.67 million tonnes @ 5.6% Cu, 1.9g/tAu,15g/tAg). Denis vended all of the assets into the IPO of Atlas Iron, has been involved in many successful IPOs and made a number of notable gold, base metal and lithium discoveries. Denis is a joint recipient of the AMEC prospector of the year award.
Brian Richardson BSc (Hon) Geology MAusIMM
EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST
Brian has proven expertise in all aspects of the mineral exploration industry gained during 35 years of working in Western Australia and the Northern Territory as a Field Geologist, Exploration Manager, Technical and Managing Director with a number of ASX listed junior exploration companies. Brian has been involved in the discovery of the Southern Star gold mine, the Copernicus nickel mine and other significant uranium, lithium, gold and base metal prospects. Brian has also played a leading role in the listing of 4 ASX listed exploration companies.
Jack Cullity LLB
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jack has over 20 years corporate, commercial and legal experience in the resources industry both in Australia and overseas. This includes senior roles in both the private and public arenas including Newcrest Mining and Atlas Iron, where Jack played a key role in the growth of the company into a significant iron ore miner. Skilled in M&A, business development and the evaluation, negotiation and execution of high value commercial transactions, Jack is also the President of the Sate Advisory Board in WA for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Damon O'Meara
DIRECTOR
Damon has had a 40 year involvement in the mining and prospecting industry through Denis O’Meara Prospecting. Damon is a director of Great Sandy Pty. Ltd., and now manages all corporate activities in relation to Great Sandy and Denis O'Meara Prospecting. Damon co-founded Outback Trees of Australia in 1990, and has worked with major mining companies including BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Chevron, Woodside, Atlas Iron and BC Iron.
Brett Keillor BSc Mining Geology
CONSULTING GEOLOGIST
Brett is an acclaimed geologist with over 30 years experience in the minerals industry across a diverse range of commodities, with a particular emphasis on gold exploration. Brett discovered the Marymia gold district in the goldfields and the Plutonic gold mine (5.3 million ounces). Brett is also the joint discoverer of the Tropicana Gold deposit (5 million ounces). Brett has held roles including Chief Geologist (Gold) for Independence Group and currently acts as Technical Director for Rumble Resources while consulting to various other groups. Brett is a two-time recipient of the AMEC prospector of the year award.
